1995年9月14日中國正式加入國際乳品聯(lián)合會（IDF）成為其會員國，同年在中國組建了IDF中國國家委員會并設(shè)立秘書處。IDF中
國國家委員會秘書處設(shè)在國家乳業(yè)工程技術(shù)研究中心內(nèi)，是我國作為會員國以主人翁姿態(tài)參加國際乳業(yè)活動的重要交叉點(diǎn)，是IDF和其它會員國在中國的聯(lián)絡(luò)點(diǎn)。IDF中國國家委員會秘書處自成立以來，一直致力于促進(jìn)中國乳業(yè)同其他乳業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)國家間的技術(shù)交流與溝通，在把接收到的國際乳品專業(yè)技術(shù)信息和服務(wù)及時轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)給行業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和會員單位，向國際組織反映一些與中國有密切關(guān)系的重要國際規(guī)則的意見以及我國乳業(yè)合理利用國際專業(yè)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的會議,專家資源和資料資源等方面起著重要的作用。IDF中國國家委員會秘書處愿與中國乳業(yè)攜手，努力搭建同國外技術(shù)交流，合作與發(fā)展的平臺，為中國乳業(yè)的發(fā)展做出新的貢獻(xiàn)。
Chinese National Committee of IDF secretariat in the national Dairy Engineering Research Centre, is the ownership of our country as a gesture of Member States to participate in the activities of the International Dairy important crossing point, is IDF and the other Member States point of contact in China. IDF National Committee Secretariat since its inception has been committed to promoting China's Dairy Milk with other technical exchanges between developed countries and communication is received in the international dairy expertise to convey timely information and services to industry leaders and members units, to reflect the number of international organizations in China are closely related to the views of important international rules and the rational use of international expertise of dairy technology conferences, expert resources, and information resources play an important role. IDF National Committee Secretariat is willing to join hands with the Chinese dairy industry, to set up exchanges with foreign technology, cooperation and development platform for the development of China's dairy industry to make new contributions.
